Awhile back, we hit the motherlode–a store prepared rotisserie chicken at BJs (http://www.raleighcelkids.com/?p=669). While the average family may not see the big deal, any family with food allergies/intolerances understands the greatness of picking up pre-prepared meals. Celiacs cannot do that often, due to all the extra filler ingredients in these products.
When shopping at BJs recently, we also discovered Perdue rotisserie chickens also come gluten free! Great news! We picked one up, took it home, and voila, dinner served!
