GoPicnic Meals

Ok, so full disclosure, calling these GoPicnics a meal may stretch it, but they definitely serve as a good snack, especially for lunches, travel, or field trips.  We found these multi-packs recently at BJs.  We have also seen them in individual packages too. So what do you get?  They do come in a variety.  You […]

Panera Soup

We love Panera.  Sandwiches, salads, and their awesome soups.  Unfortunately many (or maybe even most) of their soups contain wheat in some form or another.  Bravo then, for us finding gluten free soups recently at BJs.  We found a variety of flavors including Tuscan Style Chicken Soup and Creamy Broccoli Cheddar among others.  They come […]

Popcorn, Indiana’s Fit Popcorn

Skinny popcorn for the win!  Not sure how popcorn can be fit, although it definitely is a better option than most snacks.  Good to see more individual, ‘school-ready’ snackpacks out there.  We found Popcorn, Indian’s fit individual bags recently at BJs.  They come 21 bags to a box.  We reviewed Popcorn, Indiana’s products before (http://www.raleighcelkids.com/?s=popcorn%2C+indian), […]

More GF Cereal

We found a new cereal on a recent shopping trip, Sunrise Crunchy Vanilla from Nature’s Path.  Nature’s Path seems to be kicking their gluten free products into high gear.  In the past, we found their gf waffles and granola (http://www.raleighcelkids.com/?s=nature%27s+path) in stores, but now we see even more.  Lots of new bars and snacks, plus […]

Noosa Yoghurt

Hmmm…Australian styled yogurt (or yoghurt–they like that spelling, I guess) made in Colorado.  You just never know what you may find.  We did find this yogurt at BJs recently.  You see they clearly mark it gluten free and all natural as well.  I do like that, as we hear more and more about foods either […]

BJs Gluten Free Gummy Vitamins

One of the things that always surprises non-Celiacs when I talk to them is the need to be ever vigilant with everyday products like toothpaste, shampoo, soap, and vitamins.  Well, they tell me, surely those do not contain gluten.  Unfortunately some do (or maybe did), either in the vitamin or as an ‘unsticking’ agent so […]

Harvestland Polish Pork Kielbasa

As Homer Simpson would say, meattttttt!  Luckily most meat comes gluten free.  Even so, we like to see a company come right out and blatantly post it.  We regularly buy Harvestland rotisserie chickens and spinach & feta chicken sausage from BJs.  (See more posts here)  While shopping there recently, we came across kielbasa.  I LOVE […]

Green Mountain Gringo Tortilla Strips

More chips–how can you go wrong with more chips?  Thank goodness so many come gluten free these days, as sometimes it seems we live on them.  While cruising BJs, yet again, we found these Green Mountain Gringo Tortilla Strips.  We had found Green Mountain Gringo Salsa in the past, so finally we find their tortilla […]

Lucy’s Cookies to Go

Who can say no to cookies?  Especially cookies in individually wrapped (3 in a pack) packs?  You had me at cookie! So we found Lucy’s cookies awhile ago at Whole Foods, and while we like the cookies, we really did not purchase them too often.  While shopping at BJs recently, that changed, as we found […]

BJs Crunchmaster Crackers

Hmm…I thought I already did a review on Crunchmaster’s Multi-Grain Crackers.  I searched the blog for it, and did find their other varieties (http://www.raleighcelkids.com/?s=crunchmaster), but none for the original.  So here goes!  We found these last year at BJs, and you can now pretty much find them anywhere.  A decent cracker that you can eat […]
