Birthday Party at Chuck-E-Cheese

Well, our youngest daughter asked, so we will deliver her a birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese this month.  So we heard a while back that Chuck-e-Cheese was experimenting with gluten free pizzas.  Now it appears they offer them at all their locations.  So after looking at their menu, we went ahead and booked.  It seems that […]

Harris Teeter

The newly remodeled and expanded Harris Teeter off Falls of the Neuse (by the Kohl’s–click here for Map) has quickly become our one stop for gluten free items.  The expansion of their offerings just blows our mind.  Plus, as you can see with the picture of Bella Monica pizzas, they use some pretty large gluten […]

Schar Pizza Crusts

So…do you need some more gluten free pizza crusts?  While we have reviewed many of them, I do like to continue to see new ones, as that helps all of us gain attention to Celiac.  While in Pennsylvania recently, we went to a Giant Eagle grocery store and found Schar pizza crusts.  Schar makes a […]

Three Bakers Pizza

Found another new pizza at Earth Fare the other day.  A 12″ brand by Three Bakers.  Three Bakers (http://www.threebakers.net/) also makes a variety of breads, including hot dog buns and rolls.  For their pizzas, they make three varieties, pepperoni, sweet italian sausage, and cheese, as well as frozen crusts.  These pizzas are similar to the […]

Pizza By George

Definitely continuing to see more and more frozen pizza options out there. We found these pre-made frozen pizzas at Earth Fare recently.  They do represent the first pre-made small pizzas we have seen, as all the rest come in either a medium or large size.  Like Three Bakers, which we reviewed recently, Foods By George […]

Frozen Pizza Crusts

Our family has a tradition of Friday nights being pizza and game night.  We usually pick up a zPizza or Mellow Mushroom pizza from the store.  Recently, though, we wanted to also let the girls make their own pizzas.  We thought about the gf English Muffins, but we cannot yet find a good type of […]

Pizza, Pizza, Pizza…

Boy, what a week of Celiac/Gluten Free products.  A little testy and heated at times for some of us talking to others.  Of course I refer to the news that both Dominos and Chuck-E-Cheese will offer gluten free pizzas, with Chuck-E-Cheese even offering gluten free cupcakes as well. So what do you all think of […]

Another GF Pizza

Does this frozen pizza look like any others we reviewed?  Yeah, definitely the popular type, a Margherita pizza which everyone would like.  Simply Shari’s is the brand, and we found them at Kroger’s.  More and more pizza options!!

Better Bread Company Pizza

Another new pizza.  We picked this one up at Earth Fare recently.  Interesting design, and although I did not think our girls would eat it, they did and liked it.  Not as well as Bella Monica or some other frozen pizzas, but another viable option.

Need a Quick Meal for the Holidays?

Yes, that time is here.  Parties, visits, dinners…lots of time with friends and family.  Luckily for those of us in the Triangle, lots of options exist for quick meals, and in this post, we will review some of the gluten free pizzerias in the area. Milton’s (http://www.raleighcelkids.com/?p=1838)-with two convenient locations in Wake Forest and Raleigh, you […]
